I am Toni. I am retired but renewed.
I am Toni The Tourist. A mother of an adult, an empty nester, a wine lover and an avid traveler.
Follow me as I travel and challenge myself. Once done, I will take notes while I run, walk and fly all around the world!
I, the traveling empty nester will challenge myself to do new things and go places - sometimes alone. As I do them I will share tips, lend a hand and give you ideas. Most things have been fun but hard. I hope watching me here will inspire you to do a few new things too.
The previous part of my life was spent serving 20+ years as an active duty United States Air Force member. During this time I have lived all over the world to include Germany and Japan. My life is different now. I have an empty nest. Everything is new. Kinda scary, but I've made it fun.
Follow me here as I share how I have handled my new, empty nester life. I go places and I do things I would have never ever thought to do before. New things!

But most of all, don't just sit on the couch because your world has changed. Get up, get out there and "Go See For Yourself." You can do it!
